Everything You Need to Know About Your Luck 77 Login

Three Ways to Login to Luck 77
Luck 77 gives you three login methods so you're never locked out because you can't remember one specific piece of information. You can log in with your registered Pakistani mobile number (the same number you use for Easypaisa or JazzCash), your chosen username or the email address on your account. All three methods access exactly the same account — it's just a matter of which identifier you remember most easily.
If you have 2FA enabled, you'll also need to enter a 6-digit code sent to your mobile after successfully entering your password. This adds about 20 seconds to the login process but significantly increases the security of your account — we recommend it, especially if your balance is regularly above Rs 10,000.
What If You Can't Login?
The most common login issue is a forgotten password. If that's the situation, click "Forgot password?" directly below the password field. You'll be asked to enter your mobile number or email, and a reset code is sent immediately via SMS. The code is valid for 10 minutes. Enter it on the next screen, set a new password, and you're back in.
If you're not receiving the SMS reset code, check that the mobile number you're entering is the exact number you registered with — including the correct network prefix (0300, 0301, 0321, etc.). If you've changed your phone number since registering, contact our support team via live chat with your account username and email and we'll verify your identity and help you regain access.
What If Your Account Is Locked?
For security purposes, Luck 77 temporarily locks an account after five consecutive failed login attempts. This prevents unauthorised brute-force access to your account. The lock automatically lifts after 15 minutes, or you can unlock it immediately by completing the password reset process. If you believe your account is locked for a different reason — such as a verification hold — contact support at support@luck77.im and we'll explain the situation and what's needed to resolve it.
Keeping Your Luck 77 Account Secure
Your Luck 77 account is linked to your PKR balance and your payment details — it's worth treating its security seriously. Here are some practical things you can do to protect it:
- Use a password that is unique to Luck 77 — don't reuse a password you use for your email or mobile banking.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings. It takes 2 minutes to set up and provides a major security improvement.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone — Luck 77 staff will never ask you for your password.
- If you're playing on a shared device (family laptop, a friend's phone), always log out when you're done and don't tick "Remember Me."
- If you receive a message or call claiming to be from Luck 77 and asking for your password or OTP, it is not us — report it to support@luck77.im immediately.
