Creating and managing your Luck 77 account
Go to luck77.im/register and complete the three-step sign-up form. Step 1 asks for your full name and date of birth. Step 2 asks for your Pakistani mobile number, email address, username and password. Step 3 is a confirmation screen. After you submit, a 6-digit SMS code is sent to your mobile within 30 seconds — enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under 3 minutes. Registration is completely free, and you're not required to deposit immediately after signing up.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at Luck 77. This is a strict policy with no exceptions. Your date of birth is collected at registration, and identity verification (CNIC) is required before your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a minor is permanently closed and all funds are forfeited.
No. Luck 77 allows exactly one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — even with different names or email addresses — violates the terms and conditions. Both accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances forfeited. If you've lost access to an old account, contact our support team and we'll help you recover it rather than create a new one.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You'll need to upload a photo of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides) and a selfie holding the CNIC. The verification team reviews documents within 15 minutes during business hours. Once verified, your account is fully unlocked for all withdrawal methods. You only need to complete KYC once.
To permanently close your account, contact our support team via live chat or email support@luck77.im with the subject "Account Closure Request." Before closure, any real-money balance is returned to your last used payment method. Note that if you're closing because of gambling concerns, self-exclusion may be a better option as it can be reversed and provides a clearer structure.
Log in, go to Account Settings → Personal Information to update your name, email or address. To change your password, go to Account Settings → Security → Change Password. Funding your Luck 77 account in PKR
Luck 77 accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — no currency conversion and no hidden fees on deposits.
The minimum deposit at Luck 77 is Rs 500. This applies to all deposit methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit for most methods, though individual bank or wallet provider limits may apply on their end.
Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are instant — your balance updates within seconds. IBFT bank transfers typically arrive within 5–30 minutes depending on your bank. If a deposit is showing as pending beyond 30 minutes, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation and send it to support@luck77.im or share it via live chat for manual confirmation.
First, check your wallet or bank app to confirm whether the deduction actually happened. If money was deducted from your wallet but hasn't appeared in your Luck 77 balance, save the transaction ID or screenshot and contact our 24/7 support team immediately. We will trace the payment and manually credit your account. If no money was deducted, simply try the deposit again — the first attempt may have timed out.
Luck 77 charges zero fees on deposits. The full amount you send arrives in your gaming balance. Note that your own bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their standard transfer fee on their end — that is outside our control and not something Luck 77 adds.
Withdrawals
Getting your PKR winnings out fast
Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash process in under 5 minutes once your KYC is verified. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers typically take 1–4 business hours. Withdrawals submitted after banking hours may process the following morning. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to the one-time KYC verification step.
The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. There is no fixed maximum for standard withdrawals, though very large withdrawals (above Rs 500,000) may require additional verification for security and compliance purposes. Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include: incomplete KYC, attempting to withdraw active bonus funds that haven't met wagering requirements, or a mismatch between your account name and your payment wallet name. Luck 77 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. One free withdrawal per 24-hour period is guaranteed. Additional withdrawal requests within the same 24-hour window may incur a small processing fee of Rs 50. VIP members enjoy unlimited free daily withdrawals depending on their tier.

New Luck 77 members receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 50,000. So if you deposit Rs 10,000, you receive Rs 10,000 in bonus funds — giving you Rs 20,000 to play with. The bonus is credited automatically and appears in your account immediately after the deposit clears. A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain amount before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x and your bonus is Rs 5,000, you need to place a total of Rs 50,000 in bets (win or lose) before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Match-winner bets are settled within 30 minutes of the final result. In-play markets (overs, wickets, boundaries) are settled immediately after the relevant event concludes. If a PSL match is abandoned or rained off, bets are settled according to the official DLS result or voided if no result is possible. Log in and go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Toggle 2FA on and confirm your mobile number. From that point, every login requires both your password and a 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA, especially if your account holds a significant PKR balance.
Act immediately: change your password via the "Forgot password?" flow, then contact our live chat support to flag the unauthorised access. The team will review your login history, freeze suspicious activity and guide you through securing the account. Also change the password on your email account and mobile wallet if you use the same password across multiple platforms — never reuse passwords.
